Revive Meditation (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Revive Meditation mobile application (the “App”). This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Account data – email address you provide when creating an account or syncing your account.
Usage data – meditation sessions played, breathing exercises completed, check-in responses, and ERP/CBT activity stored locally and optionally synced to our servers.
Device data – device type, operating system version, and anonymous crash/analytics data.
Purchase data – subscription status managed through Google Play Billing; we do not store raw payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.
To deliver and personalise meditation content.
To restore your subscription and sync your account across devices.
To improve app performance and fix bugs.
To send transactional emails (e.g. account verification) via Mailgun.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers who act on our behalf:

Google Play Billing – subscription management
Mailgun – transactional email delivery
Cloudflare R2 – encrypted audio file storage
Railway – cloud hosting of our API

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via our account deletion page or by contacting us at the address below. Upon deletion we remove all personally identifiable information within 30 days.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, JWT tokens, encrypted storage) to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100 % secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights please contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date above.
